You Might Qualify for a No-Interest Loan through Habitat for Humanity If:
You have been living or working in Escambia County Alabama for at least a year.
You are in need of a better housing situation – more permanent, safer, healthier, etc.
Your annual household income is at least $14,000 but not higher than $28,000 per year.
You can afford to make a Habitat house payment (approximately $400 total per month for principal and insurance) and still meet your other financial obligations.
You have a positive track record for paying off your debts on time.
You are willing to give a significant amount of volunteer service as part of the down payment on your Habitat house.
